Each year we provided over 300 young people with over 2500 sessions in music and arts.

With weekly art & design, sound & lighting and guitar & drums session, monthly gigs and 6 weekly gallery art exhibitions, and one off projects exploring everything from mental health and World War One through performance art.

So many of our members have moved on to further education focusing on music and music technology and most are still performing regularly on the local or wider music scene.
We are still here for you!

We still have Rehearsal rooms and Recording opportunities - look on AAA Records tab for latest information.
Thanks for all your support and creativity- you still own this space so keep your ideas coming.

Access All Scareas!

On the 28th October the studio did an event called "Access All Scareas" which was a Halloween themed evening, the studio and the members to the studio really put so much effort into this night, and as someone who attended this evening, I can say that they're effort and hard work was well placed.

On the big stage there was fog, and Halloween themed lights, there were decorations, webs and pictures of ghosts. There were four acts who played at the event, Me, Springbok, Haze and The Metal Head Monkeys.

I played six of my songs at this event,  I announced my new E.P. and played a new song.

When I went off, Springbok came on, they were amazing to watch, they played four songs, including a new song.

Then Haze came on who played amazingly and got the crowd really excited, they also interacted with the audience which is a very key thing while performing.

Then came on the "Metal Head Monkeys" they played all covers, and they made the songs they're own. While Tom played guitar and did backing singing, Rhys sung, while he also asked for audience participation. This included clapping, singing along and asking the audience to swing their arms.

When they went of the studio played a radio recording of a horror story. This was wrote and acted out by members of the studio.

The night was a great success and it was a lot of fun to play and watch. The studio members and staff did a lot to make that evening and they made it a brilliant night, thank you to any one who came, and I hope you had a happy Halloween!
